Entry requirements:
To enter, the guest must have his passport or identity card (in case of living in Argentina) and be of legal age in his/her country of residence.
Reservations:
Reservations must be made with at least 48 hours prior to check in. After the confirmation of the apartment, in order to book it, the client must deposit
20% of its total price. This deposit can be made via
Western Union or
PayPal. In case of cancellation or modification of the stay, the reservation deposit
will not be reinstated.
Payment of rent:
At the check-in, the client will join in the apartment with it owner and one member of our staff. Then, a contract for temporary location will be signed between both sides in which the rent price that the guest must pay it is specified and he will receive the keys of the apartment.
This payment must be in CASH, without exception, and includes: the rate of the apartment, the sum of u$s 25 for administrative expenses and a security deposit for any potential damage that may arise in the place.

Rates and Schedules:
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday between 10.00 am to 19.00 pm. Every check in made in that period of time, will only have a recharge of u$s 25 for administrative expenses. Every check-in made outside these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will also have a recharge of u$s 15.
The check out time, it is stipulated by the contract at 10.00 am, but can be modified depending on the customer's need and the availability of its owner.
The rent price includes: taxes, expenses, electricity, water, gas and according to the apartment, it will include or not telephone service, TV cable, internet and weekly cleaning.
Extra information:
- The bad use of the apartment, such as not respecting the terms of the contract and the use of the property by more persons than those stipulated, will result in an immediate cancellation of the contract.
- The customer may request a change of apartment in case that it suffers any problem due to force major. By contrast, the client may not require a change in case of noise for construction sites or any other noise coming from the neighbourhood.
- The contract expires on the day agreed to it. To extend your stay, you should contact CityBaires and if the apartment is available, we will make a new contract with the new departure date.
- The owners of the apartments reserve the right to admission, in which case CityBaires will provides you others alternatives for your stay.
